System Requirements
The XDCAM Transfer software requires Mac OS X 10.4 and QuickTime 7. In order to import clips using XDCAM Transfer, you will also need Final Cut Pro 5. We recommend that you use Apple's Software Update to ensure that your system is up to date, with:
MacOS X version 10.4.10 or higher (version 10.4.11 or higher is required for PDW-U1)
QuickTime version 7.2 or higher
Final Cut Pro version 5.1.4 or higher and the most recent Apple Pro Applications Update. (version 6.0.2 or higher is required for editing XDCAM EX clips.)
